I’ve posted some new pics from Summer ’08 at Duran Clan. We’ve had such a busy summer! Lisa and I took advantage of the struggling housing market, took out a HELOC on our other house (we’d lived there 16 years), became landlords, and purchased another house in a better area. It’s been a wild transition! Jon and Tricia will be married later this month (I’m performing the ceremony), Chris moved back in for his PhD program, Jacob, Melody, Theo and Champ will be moving in with us “temporarily” as they purchase another house, and we haven’t even finished all our renovations, we are still trying to find where to locate the very best kitchen remodeling in MO.
